Carole is in Hamburg this weekend updating her Matrix skills at a workshop with Dr. Richard Bartlet. He is the originator of this exciting new energy therapy Matrix Energetics. She is doing the Practitioner course that will allow her to put her new skills into practice professionally if she wants to. We both attended the basic course in Denver earlier this year. I got dragged up on the stage by Richard and very much enjoyed the experience of the Matrix. He is a thoroughly likable guy with a lot of talents although he insists that he is not special. Rather refreshing to hear this as so many people do like to make out that they have some special power or gift that only they have. All nonsense of course. In this magical universe we are all special in some way. I’m looking forward to Carole experimenting on me when she gets back next week.
I am thinking seriously about starting a Liver cleanse tomorrow. This will be based on the work of Andreas Moritz and his book “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush”. In this book he clearly and powerfully outlines the importance to keeping the body free and clear of toxins. One of the best ways of doing this is to clear out the hundreds, sometimes thousands of gallstones that hang out in our Liver and Gallbladder. More about all this later.
My friend is going to do one too. I think she’s going to do a cleanse because I actually lost 7 lbs doing it!
